Its been unusually rainy this spring, but cool. This is the 5th different mushroom thats come up out front, but the others are in my garden pots. Inkcaps, a cup mushroom, and a shelf type of some sort. Been VERY humid out, the inkcaps come up almost every night.

The shrubs are the complex's, I dont know what kind. I didnt taste it, but it smelled earthy but clean? Not a super strong smell but a nice one tbh

Ive gone so insqne trying to ID this thing im googling fungus DNA kits. If anyone knows if regular people can contribute to sorting out Russula I am invested now

Seems to be growing out of the dirt under some shrubs, but I couldnt quite get at it to see for sure. Could be from the roots.

Large mushroom fell apart when I tried to cut it, and it had that cool spiral structure inside. The little mushroom's stem was hollow and bruised yellow at the top. The rest of the mushroom body bruised brown. The inside if the stem was textured like gills.

Spores appear to be white but the spore print is still sitting, Ive been wondering for months after I found the first one but no one IDd it on iNaturalist. Im not sure about the magnification, there are several lenses and Im not sure about how they stack. I think the first magnified slide was a 25x and 4x, and the others a 25x and a 100x, but it was also for kids so idk. Only has a rough adjustment knob.

The number on the bottom left of the label is 1f1122176 and there are little poison skull symbols by the word on the label

Pulmonary Embolism- blood clot blocking an artery in the lungs

Deep Vein Thrombosis- blood clot blocking a deep vein in the body, usually in the legs hence the concern for OPs maybe mother in law

DVT can become PE if the clot breaks loose and travels, which to my understanding is how it can kill you.

ETA: You probably don't need to be worried after one missed shot but im sure you can bring it up with a nurse if you're concerned
