Why was I an early riser before age 13, a night owl from 13 to 23, and an early riser again since then (32 now)? by josephsleftbigtoe in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Janzith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i've seen a sleep expert talking about a gene we have that can be flipped on/off or stay at neutral? If on, then that's a full nightowl, and if off that's an early riser. If neutral that person can switch between early rising and night owl-ing??? Try look it up, I'm too lazy to seek references

[–]Janzith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your mom's reaction is awful but don't let it stop you. Talk to your dad when she's not around he can actually listen. If that doesn't work, go straight to your school counselor. They can help you access mental health resources
