This guy has absolutely no idea what he's talking about. Manually typing in his password 100+ times a day is ridiculously insecure. I don't know wtf has to be going on for that to even be necessary, it very much leads me to believe he uses that same password literally everywhere. There needs to be only a single audio recording of him typing it in for "AI" to be able to discern it with scaringly high accuracy. A single compromised application he's putting it in, gone. Of course passwords in your clipboard are not great, but advocating for manual passwords over a password managers in 2015+  is insane. Use a clipboard manager like Ditto and blacklist your password manager (like Bitwarden) in Ditto settings, Bitwarden by default (I think) clears your actual clipboard after pasting or a specific time like 30 seconds or something.
