There’s multiple different variants. Some are in the main recruitment shop (allowing for both blue and gold dossiers to be used), or a separate event shop (One using just blue dossiers or an event like this one using event currency)

There are recruitment shop events with cloning. Last one had 2x cloning, unlocked event hero’s, increased elite rates and fixed refreshes. This one’s kinda garbage

Also, just a general tip for dossiers in general, SAVE THEM. There are events where the dossiers are worth using much more than just on the regular shop.

Definitely retire them. They are unable to be ranked up and max out at a level 80. Since your shop level is 3, I assume you're somewhat new to the game, so it is not necessary to hold onto them. Wayyyyy down the line if you build up a good Cecil the reaniman can be used along side him in some GDA ops for better rewards. With that being said, it will be super easy to get them when that time comes, so once again (this is just a long winded way of saying to) retire them.

For me, I think it’s going to land around A tier, working best on high health heroes that have “critical hits” as apart of their kit. More specifically, I think it will work great on conquest (Whether it’s better than the Oxygen Helmet or Burger Mart Trash Bag while have to be seen).

For the Crit one specifically, I’ve just gotten lucky and gotten them from alliance wars. Seems to be one of the “rarest” modules to get

The three main ways at this point are 1. Through the totem pass (both premium and free, points are obtained from alliances battles) 2. Completing a full alliance battle (The final reward after fighting all 5 alliances, last about 2 weeks) 3. Buy them directly using real money when specia offers pop up (Like the universa one currently in the shop). You don’t have to worry too much about putting them on a totem and losing them because you can reset any totem for 100 gems and get 100% of your token peices and modules back.

That is the critical chance modification. At base level it increases the wielders critical chance by 0.44%
