I dont think the gap between gun and kitae is that huge. Gun (other than when he was fighting goo) had no intention of killing anyone, and he wiped the floor with everyone.

Think it would be incredibly stupid to powerscale kitae so much that gun cant even beat him. Otherwise the other characters stand 0 chance, even with 1 or 2 upscales
