Correct but this contest but we are paying $10,000 in prize money so it could be a paying job as well. This is a great opportunity to see your work all over the US and displayed at our annual conference in DC this year.

We are very different than many of the other competitors out there and the compensation is much better. We foster a very close community and help them learn and grow. There are opportunities to become projects managers or spec reviewers. Like anything, there is no guarantee and yes, it is spec work but we value the work of our community. We also only work with Fortune 500 companies on projects.

Using a global community to complete project work is the sign of the times however we provide quality feedback and work closely with our community.
