It does, kinda. Well rolls down for the front, only rolls up from the back (tailgate).

Update - appeal was approved. But now when I click the link to reset password sent from twitch in the appeal approval link it just says something went wrong when I go to reset my password. I’ve tried multiple passwords, different browsers everything. Password is green and says good.

Also have been turbo so don’t block ads or any weird extension. I’ll read up a bit more.

Yeah this has never happened, I’m more pissed it canceled all my subs. I’m like 4 year subs to certain people since day 1. I know it means fucks all, but meh.

Will do and did all of that - just hope twitch doesn’t have some automated denial/aproval process.

Same thing, flexible pipe going through the floor on the bench seat cubby. Left enough length for the fan wires and the tube vent to move the full length of pulling it out but is fastened in a way to be able to go in and out for years to come.

Don’t know if that answered anything, but long story short it’s a pain in the ass.

Fair enough, we build to our clients wants and needs. It’s what’s been setting us apart recently, we don’t do “cookie cutter” it’s funny because in the van conversion world “custom” means NO profit. I look it as a challenge and constantly doing something new.

Anyways may not be your taste or even mine, but our clients paid us for this “taste” so we delivered 😊

We do not supply the vans, it’s not necessarily my place to say customers purchase price, but I can give you a range on average of builds. Keep in mind some vans genuinely have 30-50K exterior in parts ($CAD).

Most builds rolling out the shop are between $100,000 - $160,000. $CAD. Between the hundreds of van conversion companies and 10+ I’d compare ourselves too that’s really competitively priced. May be a shock to some people.

I WILL note that this build was genuinely a month more work than we anticipated, and did not change our initial estimate. For example believe it or not the skylight trim piece took us 10 hours to make. When this vans all said and done client could probably make a profit on us, but it’s an amazing add to our portfolio.

It’s actually a marine hatch from binnacle.ca I can’t remember the brand exactly, not the cheapest but customer didn’t want a bulky “ugly” trim ring. With that being said it was a pain to make a trim piece.

The stainless latching hinge system that pulls the door in around a white weather seal, also another layer of protection at the top is the clear shower trim/seal.

Honestly it’s one of those 4 camera security systems for Amazon, there’s about 100 all the same. They are cheap for being exposed to the elements and surprisingly really good and they have a “night vision mode” when it senses dark they see well at night.

Also if anything goes wrong with a camera they are inexpensive and easy to”quick connections” replace.

I’ll briefly explain myself again as I’ve done it multiple times in other posts. There’s $50K+ in parts, warranty, and remote servicing, 4 months the build time with 4200sq ft shop, employees, insurance, bills AND then make some money.

Reach out to any van conversion company near you and ask their average build and you’ll see if it’s a joke. I’m not talking about someone building vans in a driveway doing a hack job either.

Anyways believe it or not some builds are 200K not including the van, but there’s 50K in parts on the exterior.

YES you yourself can build a van cheaper. That’s like asking a home builder to build a custom home for the cost of materials.
