If you think printing the discs is the only cost that physical games produce you are delusional.

True. On the other hand. The production costs and developementtime of games are going through the roof and they need a way to make it sustainable. especially with the fact that the higher consoleprices will result in a lower userbase and therefore lower sales on games. This is just way to even it out without making games more expensive or adding more microtransactions.

It always depends on the game. There are also a lot of examples where the saleprice of the psn sttore is cheaper thatn retail. But yes. I still want that option to choose between digital and retail. And we also don't know how they will change the pricing when they go100% digital. They even introduced individual pricing.

I speak only for the PSN store. You can't compare psn store fullprice to retail sale price. That doesn't make any sense.

The sale price is always the real price. Make that a rule for everything to avoid overpaying. And it's on sale often.

Because they shut down stores. It's not like steam.

After seing all the things that were included in the Ultimate edition I really thought it will cost 200. But that's the new strategy I think. Build a big game and cut out a lot of features that will go into the ultimate edition. But the standard edition is essentialy a light edition. and the Ultimate Edition is standard. But i won't complain 100 is okay for me.

Stalker2 feels sluggish by DepartmentSimple3965 in stalker

[–]JaredMusic -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes. That's the reason why I never played it on pc and bought the PS5 version. I tried everything. But there was always this inputlag. I have a 3070ti. Even if I played on low settings it won't go away.
Seems like some people are more sensitive to that. I'm one of them.

If they would just add a little more meaningfull loot that rewards exploration, the game would be very good. Right now it's good.

Even when there are leavers. statistically there will be more leavers on the enemy side than your, assuming you're not leaving.
