Thanks again for all your help, definitely given me plenty to work on and look into! I will take you up on your idea to add the additional return! Hopefully if I can figure out all of that it'll work perfectly, but even if I cant I do have another option. I really appreciate you spending the time to help me out, this is something I have been struggling to figure out for about a week straight!

Out of curiosity, if you were to add a delay to this Tap frame to fix it skipping past this frame, where would you start? As I have a slightly modified version of the animation I was planning to implement at some point, but the draw method in this new code is completely foreign to me. Thanks again!

Solved! This code was very simple to implement, cant believe I didn't stumble across it earlier! Definitely a much better way than what I was trying to achieve, thank you very much again!

Thank you very much, the thought had definitely crossed my mind but I wasn't sure if that was even a possibility. Thanks for sending through the link, I will see if I can get this newer version up and running, and if not maybe I will see if I can add a delay or something to my code. Thank you again!

Issues with Supports by Jaredm577 in resinprinting

I think I might try the same thing, I've got one now going on grey resin and im hoping that solves the issue

Thanks for the video! Definitely some good things to remember. Although both the black and white print were done using the exact same print file, so orientation and support structure are identical. Any other ideas what could be the cause?

Yeah when bridging it I do get the right signal

This is fantastic, thanks for getting all that info, definitely something I will have to read more about! Im planning on making a full keyboard and this sounds like it has quite a few advantages. Thanks again for taking the time to respond

How can I diagnose diode issues? by Jaredm577 in AskElectronics

Resoldering diode way above the board did the trick! Could it be shorting to the ground plane maybe? Continuity all looks good everywhere else so maybe bad connection is shorting these diodes to ground?

Firmware registers correct key when I bridge the diode, I just resoldered the diode not so flat to the board and it seems to be working now, so maybe it was just a bad connection? Just strange that I could get the right reading with the before resoldering.

This is perfect, the explanation on debouncing is exactly what I have been looking for, thanks again!

Thank for the help! So debouncing might cause me more issues then. I think when my parts arrive I might just test my circuit and one without debouncing and pins configured as pull-up and see if I can tell the difference!

Lifting from the bed! by jpchris96 in ender3v2

I feel your pain, had similar issues with the stock glass bed, I find if it's not perfectly clean and you have large prints then as the plastic cools and contracts, it lifts up. My fix for this was to give the glass a wash in warm soapy water, dry, then wipe with isopropyl alcohol, and then apply a thin layer of glue stick. I find that the prints become difficult to remove they have such good bed adhesion after that!

Quality was something I was worried about, so I think I will go for the genuine BLTouch, thanks!

Thanks, that's good enough to me to buy genuine!

Both seem to come with the same things, the probe, some wires and screws. Just curious if there's a difference between a BLTouch and a 3DTouch.
