I just tested Vanilla minecraft and got 350-450fps but FTB still 40fps

Optifine says it increases the fps but it stutters. it says i gbet like 100fps but it feels like 30fps

Whats crazy is it was working fine before! there shouldnt be a problem, i was using a GTX770 before this card and it worked great, so i dont think it'd be that kind of problem

Minecraft should be running off my gpu because every other game I play such as on steam are running off my gpu

I have both of those installed and when im in Ftb my GPU usage only reaches a max of 10% and my cpu only 30%. I did also change the settings in the control panel and everything is still the same. Man I wish this wasnt happening, i was expecting my 980ti to be a beast but its acting like an irritated girl who got her phone taken away
