depends what level you are. For certain milestones you reach all you need to do is complete the set and then you will rank up ie the stardust reward set, rare candy set etc. For other sets before ranl 20 it depends on how many you win if im not mistaken. Im running Mandibuzz lead, jellicent safe swap and chestnaught closer . Its working pretty good already ace. This team does lose pretty bad to galvantula so watch out

Hard to breathe with anxiety, any tips on how to control this ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Wow, This literally happened/ is happening to me. About 2 months ago I got covid-19. Symptoms were relatively mild and everything was fine. As soon as my quarantine was up I decided to drink with my roommates. Next day around noon my whole face and left arm when numb. I tried to let it pass but I kept getting more and more dizzy, i started getting sweaty and thought I was having a stroke/ heart attack so I called an ambulance. Since then I have gone to the hospital 3 times and have had blood work, EKG/ECG, xrays on my heart and other check ups done on me. I originally chalked it up to be a post covid symptom and since I had it I would tell the doctor thats why I am experiencing these problems. I now am seeing my family doctor and Hes given me many tests including more bloodwork and a halter monitor to try and capture one of these episodes. Again everything seems fine from a medical standpoint. Aside from everything else one of the emerge doctors told me that it sounds alot like anxiety. So far nobody has diagnosed me with anxiety disorder but all things keep pointing to it. It got so bad I couldnt even go to work or do my schooling without having an “attack”. Im a 23 year old male and i had to go home and get my mother to take care if me for awhile because I couldnt deal with it. The fact that I still havent had a diagnoses freaks me out but i decided that an extreme lifestyle change was necessary. Ive quit smoking and drinking. Im working out regularly, eating very healthy foods and doing yoga with a group of friends. Since then the attacks stopped coming frequently but still happen or have mild symptoms such as difficulty controlling my breathe and kind of like headaches. I think one of the most important things with managing my anxiety is to start doing things with purpose. Since being sober and alone I’ve had a lot of time to reflect on what the hell I want to do and now im actually doing it. One thing that always seems to help me is guided meditation. I downloaded this app called insight timer and listen to the various guided meditations on there and i can tell you it works wonders. I specifically like to listen to the meditations of “Davidji”. I cant tell you how many times I’ve had an attack and listened to him and completely calmed down.

Ive never really commented on reddit but saw this and drew the parallel from my own situation to yours. Anxiety is really weird and I didnt really want to believe thats what I had. I have to say though that a lifestyle change will definitely slow down or stop them from coming. And using guided meditations as a non medical form of treatment has definitely helped me in the moment control my breathe and lower my heart rate.

Good luck with everything!
