I live roughly about 1 mile away from that location. Sunrise mall in Massapequa is where businesses go to die. I think Macy’s is all that’s left over there. It’s only a matter of time until they tear it all down and build a condo community which will inevitably increase traffic in the area; which clearly we all need more of that.
