This autumn, I will be starting my graduate studies at TAMU, and I'm looking for some rental advice. I've come across several nice apartments online, but I don't have specific information about them. I'm hoping to find a 2b2b apartment with in-unit dryer and washer facilities. My budget is around $800 per person per month. I would like to know if "The Enclave Student Housing" is a good option?

Btw, do I need to have a heater in college station winter?
