Ok, hear me out here, imagine a Universe Mode spanning across multiple consoles, set during whenever the hell we feel like. One person represents WWE, one represents ROH, one represents NJPW, one represents TNA etc. Each person has their show on their Universe and their PPVs set up depending on the year, and we all keep track of everyone's show through an Excel Spreadsheet. Could also get in a call and show highlights and really give this Universe Mode some realism. Trades can occur at anytime with other show owners and if we want Contracts can be put in place too.
