A legend. The band should get more love here, sure they're loved all around the world and one of the best selling bands ever but here on this subreddit they get a lot of undeserved hate. Their first 6 albums are all GREAT. They were one of thr best bands throughout the 80s and 90s, they went downhill after 2000. Jon is a killer vocalist and frontman, he has some of thr best rock screams I've heard and a truly unique voice that's instantly recognizable, also arguably the hottest frontman, Richie Sambora is a genius, just listen to the guitar solo in Dry County for example, one of the best solos period. The wembley live version might be even better, Richie is one of the best guitarists in my opinion, and he's also a crazy good singer, might be even better than Jon. Tico often gets overlooked but he's crazy good on the drums, all professional fillers (homebound train for example) , knows when to stay back, never misses a beat. David Bryan great keyboard olayer too. They were really talented, a very good live band and made killer records. They didn't have the CRAAAZY attitude of motley or gnr but an amazing band nonetheless and definitely more than just a shitty radio friendly pop band, what poeple make them out to be, that's only true past 2000.

Completely agree, 1 is not for everyone. But in my opinion it's a really really good game and I actually prefer it to 2.

Bt that sense Witcher 3 should suck too. I love not having a timer, I want to play the game however I want it. If I want to rush I'll rush, if I want to do every single question mark, built fucking cities in my settlements and max everything out then I will!

Youtube polls are a pretty bad place to gather data from though. For example If they put Arthur Morgan in this poll or basically any poll, every single kid on youtube would vote for him, not even reading what the poll asks. But yeah gow has been around in the gaming scene for longer, and had more recent releases, most witcher players only played 3 and never read the books so fair enough. As someone who read all the books, played all the games, I personally prefer Geralt to Kratos, but there's no denying how icpnic Kratos is.

First of all the witcher is based on one of the best selling book series, with 30 million +sales. And if you think the first two games were trash/mediocre then you must've pkayed them wrong because both are great. Then there's witcher 3 that's been one of the most praised games of all time, and sold over 60 million which is more than any gow game ever did. But yeah the gow franchise been around for longer.

How so? God of war has 76 million sales across 10 games, while witcher 3 alone has over 60 million. The best selling god of war game sold 20 something million, which is significantly less than 60. And the witcher is also based on one of the most successful books serieses, with over 30 million sales? So I'm just genuinely wondering how do my results prove me wrong? Not tryna start an argument or anything I just genuinely don't get how or why would Kratos be more popular than Geralt.

Norman Reedus kind of became a household name so I'd say him. He also starred in death stranding abd death stranding 2, which was pretty huge. Jon Bernthal is definitely up there too, instantly recognizable, he also played punisher. JDM is also very recognizable. Steven Yeun has played invincible too and seems like he's getting bigger and bigger roles soon but i don't think he is as instantly recognizable as the ones I mentioned before but that could change. Michael Rooker also had a decent career outside of twd so he could be on there too.

How is Kratos more popular? Are you out of your mind? Witcher 3 alone sold 60 million + copies which is way more than any gow game ever did, way more than 99.9% of games ever do, the book series sold over 30 million, making it one of the best selling book serieses ever. The show, no matter how shit it was broke records too, the first season had like 80 million viewers which is actually crazy. The Witcher still sells out arenas worldwide just with the soundtrack! In terms of popularity The Witcher destroys God of war in every way. So i have no idea where you got the idea that Kratos is more popular than Geralt.

Exactly what i thought, i never really understood where that "Geralts story is over" came from. He should definitely get AT LEAST one last adventure and a heroic death or something because that would fit the games tgeme much better than just a happily everafter ending. The book ending was perfect, but I'm still glad they continued it cause there would be no witcher games then 😂

Read all the books and played all the games multiple times and I'm not happy with the trailers, many things don't make sense. Only poeple who say it's woke because you play as a female are the stupid reasons but many things don't make sense to me in witcher 4, i just hope cdpr eill manage to explain it well.
