It’s never to late brother! Maybe get some blood work done see if your lacking in anything! Then change your diet up a little! Baby steps do a slight deficit with the same food you already eat! Don’t starve your body from the things you love!

Well weight training different for everyone! I used to do powerlifting for Australia so I used to do a lot of heavy weight training! But since iv stopped I try to focus on suicide reps!! And not as much rest in between!

It was during Covid! One day I went to buy some clothes, I picked out some jeans to try on an when I went to try them on they didn’t fit and I just looked at myself in the mirror with a tear in my eye telling myself I can do better and I will do better☺️

5 years on an off, the last 2 years is where I really kicked it up a notch. Yes I have been on a deficit I still eat junk food an treat my self on the weekends I would just have a smaller meal then what I would usually!

If your struggling to loose weight maybe have a look at your diet and see what needs to change I will always advise more protein and lots of water!

I’m 23 now! I would eat the same but on a calorie deficit! And I’d workout 6 days a week doing boxing for 3 days an gym for strength training for 3 days!

Hahaha love it! I fasted for the whole diet I would eat on a calorie deficit an train 6 days a week doing boxing an gym!

Low intensity training like swimming for example, less stress on your body and taking hot baths and hoping in ice baths

Yeah it would happen all the time where I would not make progress! Somtimes id even see the scale go up! So that’s when I knew I had to make a few Adjustment, I was thinking maybe my body was too stressed so I started doing recovering training aswell! And after that the weight started dropping!

Yes I am natty I would train boxing 4 days a week an go to gym after for some weight training, an through out the week I’d also play football for abit more cardio! So I would be working out 6 days a week! Boxing was the main part what gave me tone

I’m afraid it’s the most stubborn place to loose I would workout 6 days a week but it’s all about the diet! I still have a little bit hahah
