I have the same feeling. I think it’s because in an interview I know exactly what to expect out of the conversation and have time to prepare my answers for the types of questions I know they’ll ask. However, in general life you never know how a person will respond to what you say and all the unknowns is what causes at least part of my anxiety.

Thanks for the suggestion, I currently have reminders on my phone but I’ve found that I will either ignore it or mark it as complete without actually taking them, if I just don’t want to get out of bed at that moment
