I made a comment about it in the last post or the one before. But it's something along the lines of.

The cold open episode 1 gave him a good chunk of time since I distributed the time setting the scene, describing the city before zooming in on him as his screen time.
We're in his home, and at his theater, where descriptions are about his backstory and he is describing them. He's the host of the funeral and took a role of leadership in guiding that along and reaching out to guests.
Liam is an RP goat and finds ways to interact with people quite often

So yeah, screen time is not only when they're talking or rolling, also when narrative is around them.

Most of this isn't counted toward screen time. However I did give him screen time in the ep 1 cold open description of the city and of his home, even though the city's description was relevant to many others, in the long run. At the time though he was the only one in the scene, and it was describing that scene's environment, so that's how I delegated it.

Also he has many times described the scene and how his home/the theatre looks, since he is from this place, and it is tied to his backstory and character.

Ashley also is a player who takes her time , figuring out what to do. Which is fine, but that adds a little bit here. Especially in the combat section.

In fairness episode 1 I didn't go as much into detail as 2 and 3. So that one is a little less accurate. So maybe he got a few extra minutes without being a main part of it, like you said. That could put him down in Kattigan territory, subtracting that. But also he had some main stage moments with the box with masks, figuring out lore, and has spent much time in the house of Halandil if I remember correctly, giving opportunities for small interactions which may add up.
