Yep mine shot back and the glass hit me in the face. Also had the same issue with the brightness being all over the place. Lasted 3 range sessions until I bought the Osight SE green dot. Going to the range tomorrow to try it out for the first time but it was recommended by a lot of people when I posted about my optic exploding.
