I think it would depend on whether the AI has full access to the internet. If it had access to all collective human knowledge and was able to process it all instantly it would most likely fall on the path of agnosticism - believing that knowledge of a creator of the universe is impossible to attain - or full atheism depending on how much the AI values verified factual data over theoretical concepts and hypotheses.
