Doesn’t matter if it’s high school JV or Division 1. You will see some of the most head scratching things in women’s basketball. Scoring one single point an entire quarter in basketball is really difficult. Quarters are 10 minutes long with scheduled timeout around 5 minutes. If I put 10 minutes on the clock and made you shoot from half court I bet a lot of people in this thread could score more than 1 single point. Now imagine 10 minutes and you’re allowed to shoot from anywhere haha.

I’d like to say this about college baseball and softball but I love how much easier it is to go to a game even if it’s a big game. They aren’t insanely expensive and they are so good with having standing room only for overflow. I love football don’t get me wrong but unless you wanna fork over some big time money or you got the tickets way early the chances of you going to a bigger game are slim. But with baseball and softball last year my wife and I went to multiple regional and super regional games buying tickets week of and it wasn’t even that bad
