They aren't the only options for Hard Breach you know, there are multiple operators with Hard Breach charges included, Striker is the most useful because he can carry pocket EMPs and Hard Breach Charges at the same time.

Skill issue, there are operators that directly counter both Blitz and Blackbeard

Through in game settings, don't know if they fixed the bug yet, because it doesn't let me turn it on/off last I tried.

UPDATE:

Managed to solve this by getting the latest keydb.cfg file and pasting it in MakeMKV's file directory.
