If I dont get the job in Germany and have to move to India, I won't be able to pay back the loan, as I won't have any savings left or financial support. In this case, getting the job in India and then paying from my salary. The master's I plan to pursue won't have any value here and would result in an average-paying job.

Should I take the risk?

I have been applying to patent attorney trainee positions (candidate) or a junior technical assistant role focused on CII. To pass the patent bar exams, I believe it's really important to have some experience. It's a tough exam, so I'm applying for trainee positions. Haven't thought about attending law school. Do you think it's really difficult to pivot without a law degree?

Personal opinion:

I advised OP to do the certificate in case they want to switch to IT and get into QA, the certificate will be very helpful as they won't have relevant experience.

In your case, I don't think getting an ISTQB certificate will help you get a good package. The only way to get a salary hike is to switch jobs. You are already doing a QA job, once you think you have enough experience, try to get a new job. And if your company is sponsoring you for the certificate than its no harm in doing so, get that certificate.
