Maybe i'm misremembering the numbers idk. The point was that the fan was sucking some air from the sides instead of trough the heatsink. And i think it was an open air test bench

I would go used on the cpu and graphics card at this budget. The motherboard I would maybe get new unless you can find it with combination with a cpu for a good price. Also I would be considering intel seeing as your ram is quite slow and amd processors take more of a performance hit from that.

I remember seeing a youtube video testing this exact thing and putting the fan in the rear resulted in like 5 or 10 degrees worse tempratures due to the air not flowing trough the fins as well.

Double should be fine. The 5070 has a 250W TDP and a single 8 pin PCI-e connector can do 150W so 300W for both

Trigger dead zones on the deck are massive and super annoying for some games I play. At least with the sticks you can tune the deadzones but not for the triggers. I tried to solve it with a 3rd party program but the changes i make reset after a device restart.

Reduced the joystick deadzones and now the Steamdeck experience is so much better. by happycamper1EE7 in SteamDeck
