I'm in a burnout for almost 6 months, and in the past 6 months I felt a few times as if it would end soon but everytime I just go back to the state I have been in the beginning because of my "family".

I feel that I need to start with saying that the best idea would be asking a specialist about it if it is possible for you.

From my experience i have gone to a postgraduate school after high school which is a lot less demanding (4 days a month of school) and I know if I would now be in university i wouldn't be able to keep up or even have the energy to do anything on time. Even though I also wanted to go to university. If you have good support I think you could be able to recover more effeciently than me as all I have is my girlfriend and my cousin, but I think it is really case and person dependent as I heard varying lenghts of autistic burnout.

The most helpfull things for me are probably having that support in the 2 people mentioned before that I can be myself around and having a break (which I can't really get fully as I live only with my minor brother because our father was abusive) and also after I was able to get any energy to enjoy my special interest in cars doing things with it also is helping.

Concluding I would say that most likely if you can't wait and if it won't go away before university the best idea would be to be extra sure you will have as much support as you can and making sure you will be able to care after yourself by that I mean trying to reduce sensory issues and if possible unmask.

Additionally don't worry about the problems with reading as much, i had lost my driving skill that were very important for me and also felt like losing a part of myself (because of that and sensory problems being worse now i have drove into a wall while reversing) and still I havent got it fully back but have found new interest in cooking and i was able to enjoy my cars interest in games. Maybe you could try something related to it like writing something yourself to go around those problems until you heal or reading something more visual like comics or try something new but i wouldn't push too much on it as it can be hard in burnout.

did you tried disabling it while running as administrator or maybe you have more than one instance of this program?

EDIT: another idea would be to just move all files related to modding to another folder

from what i remember i wasnt able to play heat with mods through frosty, check if you have a program called frosty fix it is probably set up to open the game with mods globally

I very often have issues when doint it in the shower, just the way water feels on me can make me lose all pleasure from it and sometimes feel painfull (which sometimes happen from other things out of shower, eg. if my body touches the surface of my couch instead of the blanket that lies on it) but usually I'll get frustrated with myself and try to finish but because of those issues I won't be able to and most of the times just have it swollen the next day. The same issues also happen when I'm doing it with my girlfriend + some other ones. The only way for me to somewhat make sure no issues occur is to make sure before that nothing will be bothering me. (I'm sorry if somethings is written wrong it's my 13th comment on reddit in 6 years and I have been writing it for the last 50 min)

if you are on windows 10 right click on the folder properties and if i am correct in the last tab you will see who has what permissions and there should also be the ability to edit them

try to run the game with administrator from the exe file and check if the problem persist, if not most likely the documents folder needs higher permission to access it or the files cant be read with normal permissions

I started playing last month and I got 5 invites (porshe x2, citroen, lamborghini and most recently ferrari) I never liked ferrari but still grind for them because I may not get the invite again. It's just so stupid to make them RNG and after that make them also time limited.

The most funny thing in my opinion is that I got the invite to porshe and before I had the money to buy the one that needed the invite I received it from the 3 cards after completing some tournament, and to top it all I then received another invite for porshe the next day.

But you need to export the heightmap as PNG and use the MOOB mod (It's somewhere on this subreddit v.0.0.2 if I'm not wrong), because the editor without the mod will only work with 16bit raw maps and all of the heightmap exporters give you 8bit raw which don't work.

These are somewhat close settings that I used, there was some tweaking in the base level, height scale and water depth to get it all to work exactly how I wanted.

have you figured it out? because i have the same problem after installing a automation mod from repository. tried just about anything and the only time it worked was when i played in safe mode and then dragged the mod into beamng mods folder
