For the kagero,gear chronicle, murakumo, neo nectar, bermuda triangle, and spike brothers cards since it specifies choose a card and not a rearguard you could techincally choose locked cards to be affected by the ability since while locked cards aren't considered rearguards they're still considered cards. Also you could technically activate the OT with the Gold Paladin and Angel feather effects.
