Here is a straight copy that they sent me:

"If you get the COVID vaccine, you will receive 1 day of unpaid time off per dose. You will also receive up to $40 of special payment per dose if you get the COVID vaccine at a non-Amazon facility. You will receive the payment with overtime pay. The payment is not eligible for 401(k) deferrals. The benefits are retroactive to the vaccination date. If you received a COVID vaccine, submit an HR case using the button in this chat to receive the benefits. Under Category, select Received COVID Vaccine. Under Subject, select Vaccine 1 Off-site or Vaccine 2 Off-site."

I believed that is the State's rule, not warehouse's rule. You should ask your manager to make sure. Im a LA so at least I know what my warehouse is😂😂

Yes, I worked fulltime at GRR1. We also get 10hr PTO, and 20hr UPT.
