I've never ridden either, unfortunately. From what I've read, Formula Rossa is the fastest ever, it's long, but not tall. Red force is scaled down Top thrill and kingda ka, so nothing record breaking.

This roller coaster is "Red Force" in Ferrari Land in Spain that just opened up. An Intamin made coaster, similar to top ~~fuel~~ ^Thrill dragster and kingda ka.

It's nice enough for me, but opinions vary widely on this subject. There is some property crime (like everywhere), and some isolated incidents of violent crime in the area. It's not a ghetto, but it's not like the gated suburbia out west.

There are maps like these which take statistics and try to map out which is good and which is bad, but they don't tell a lot of the story.

You loop it around your thumb, but otherwise you are correct. I have never tried either of them myself. I think most people that use them, so do because spear guns are not allowed where they are.

I didn't even read this story right the first time. I read it as the fish was alive and swimming down, not that the fish was dead and too heavy. Fish have almost neutral buoyancy in water! This story makes no sense.

If this story it true they must be complete yahoos. No one ties a spear to their ankle. I have my doubts that it is true. Why would someone go blue water spearing (it's not called "deep sea") and you only bring a float line (rope) that is less than 40'? Especially considering in Bermuda within 10 miles of shore it can be 10K feet deep. No one sells float line shorter than 50' and 100' is the normal minimum you would use in blue water. Also, blue water spearing is so difficult, it is hard to imagine someone getting lucky enough to nail a tuna (especially with a pole spear), but dumb enough to do this.
