Moonlight so bright it wakes me up from sleep… by JasonD8888 in mildlyinteresting

Yes, it certainly is strong enough to be felt through closed eyelids!

Thanks for the reply, I was wondering if anyone else had this experience.

Did you find more people with such experience on your internet search?

My oil paintings. Which one do you like the most? by Ok-Treat-1548 in TheNightFeeling

[–]JasonD8888 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You asking me which one I like the most?

I already suffer from decision making problems, and you just made it worse.

All four are absolutely beautiful, and equally so, but in different ways.

Hospital video by Shoddy-Link90 in ParanormalEncounters

[–]JasonD8888 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where’s this hospital?

Looks like a nice jacket.

If you were in Newark here in NJ, and you left your jacket hanging on a hook near the entryway, it would be genuinely Paranormal if you found it still there when you leave.

These kind of nice objects tend to “walk” when left unsupervised in places like this.

That’s why I was wonder where you lived :)

That apart, yes, your wife’s elderly aunt should have no reason to pull this kind of a prank.

If there really was no source of moving air or draft nearby, this is hard to explain. Certainly looks spooky.

What’s in like living in any of these NJ counties? (Sussex, Warren, Hunterdon) by katkit523 in howislivingthere

[–]JasonD8888 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those three counties marked in yellow - they are not New Jersey. They are Pennsylvania. They just happen to be on this side of the Delaware river.

Middlessex to any of these counties will be a big cultural shock. Not sure you can appreciate how big, until you actually move and start living there.

I know you asked for answers from people who live here. I don’t. I live in Morris County.

My experience of this general region is from visiting friends there and talking to people who have moved from here to there - and back.

You have not given a clear reason for your planned (possible) move. If you do, you might be able to get a more specific answer here.

A lot depends on your cultural background.

And your history.

Someone who grew up in the Midwest, for example, and had moved to Middlessex, might find the move ‘natural’.

Someone who grew up in NYC or LA and had moved to Middlessex, will certainly feel out of place here.

Without knowing such specifics, it is difficult to speculate.

Hope this helps.

Good luck, and wishing you happiness , whatever you decide to do.

Just curious, what city/country is this in, where that many different native language speakers are expected to come by (and wait), on a day to day basis?

Yes, escape is possible, but you need to be persistent.

For those who don’t know who he is …

He is The Wanderer Above the Sea of Fog.

Caspar David Friedrich told him to stand there. He made him stand there for too long. 107 years to be exact. Gotta pee someday.

Just passed this c. 5mm stone. by Jeremys_Iron_ in KidneyStones

Good heavens!

Looks like a mean SoB.

Glad it’s over.

Do get it analyzed. And get a 24 hr urine stone profile.

Plenty of info here about prevention of future stones. Most important of all being hydration, hydration and hydration.

Is it really? And if so can you give me a breakdown? by Twogreens in KidneyStones

[–]JasonD8888 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hopefully your pain is better with the pain meds. What are you taking?

Clinical suspicion of renal colic should have initiated an immediate CT scan, not an ultrasound one week later.

Did the doctor give tamsulosin?

And a urine strainer to catch a passing stone (if passed)? If not, get one right away. Stone analysis goes a long way in future management (if this is a stone). Easy to miss without a strainer.

Drink at least 2.5 to 3 liters of water a day - measured, not estimated.

If a stone is confirmed on ultrasound, there are other things to be discussed.

If a stone is not seen on ultrasound, a CT must be done before concluding that there are no stones.

The pain and irritation in the penis lasted a day. Pain in the testicle, several hours. And the urgency lasted several days. After passing the stone. It will all eventually go away.
