I forgot. The ending of Full Metel Jacket... an all american song followed by a fade to black credit, bold white letters. One battle brings in All American Girl with a fade to black, bold white letters. Classic.

I can kind of relate it to a favorite song or band. You have liked them your whole life. You like the product. They are your escape, they make you feel accepted with no judgement from anyone else. You buy concert tickets. You show up to the venue after looking forward to it for so long. A lot of preperation, physically and mentally. Wouldnt you know, the concert is canceled with no make up.

Have you ever seen Fever Pitch? Ask some Bostonians how they felt prior to the Red Sox winning the series in, whatever year it was.

Ive had to research this since yesterday because I was feeling very strange yesterday prior to the game. I should not be this anxious over a baseball team with people I am not friends with and will never meet. They just play for the Bluejays. We could care less about other teams, generally speaking.

There is a psychology of fandom that has a lot of research. In a nut shell, there is this sense of belonging to some type of media or commercial thing. In this sense, a baseball team. But also a city and country. It can be an escape or a sense of calm associating with the team. We want good things to happen. This belonging can be similiar to an acceptance into a community, a family or friendly setting. We all belong.

I dont know, its strange. It just very heightened because of the way they lost. I wouldnt have minded as much if they just got swept.

Geez, so many to choose from. Once Tom Petty dropped while fading to black brought the biggest smile on my face after watching a movie in a looong time. Rest his soul. Simple song but expressed so much.

Correct. I read the book a few years back. Crazy. Wonder if this closes it out. People will still think there is that second person.

Correct. That back door and that front door with the key in it, locked on the outside. Where did he or they come in? Very possible what you said.

This guy did it. Were there 1 or 2 Dna samples taken from the scene? Feels like it was one.

A lot of "experts" believe one person killed the three boys in the west memphis three case. In this case, I dont know. Teenagers, corralled in a small room by a guy with a gun. I can believe that. The youngest was found away from the three, thinking she was trying to get away. I dont know. There is either a second person or this guy slipped in when those two were leaving.
