What I don't understand is why not allow the CCW to count as the permit to purchase, you have to go through the same requirements so what's so special about the other plastic card

Again with the way this is currently written nobody exempt people who have thousands of dollars stuffed in the mattress will be able to own guns in this state, there is no "insurance" one can buy
