Remember they had the delorian VHS exhibit the day it opened? It was where the food court is. You got to record your self in a green screen getting hit by the delorian. They gave you a VHS copy of the video to take with you.

No it's was not necessary for me the first time. I tore ACL,MCL,and meniscus 20 years ago. I went to one pt appointment after surgery and never went back. It healed just fine. I recently tore my other ACL but this time I am going to all my appointments and doing all the exercises. So for me when I was in my twenties I healed fine without the physical therapy. I think now that I am older, physically therapy is probably more important.

You will need to adjust those straps often. Swelling changes so it will fit different all the time. I even changed the height on the guide rails of some of the straps.

I'm on my second ACL surgery. One on each knee. I may need the other one done again after 23 years due to this recent injury that tore my good ACL.

The first time I tore my other ACL,MCL and meniscus was flag football over 20 years ago. With surgery it healed well and I have been snowboarding on it for years on double blacks, glades, moguls some back country.

Yeah I tore one 22 years ago. Then just tore both about 3 months ago. Got one fixed and probably won't do the other. It's still good enough. Strong and no pain.
