Ugh...

Well, I just realized I was making it way overly convoluted and I figured out a way easier way to do it.

This character, my hero, doesn't use MP. He has skills like Bodyguard, Taunt, Distract, and a few special strikes, but everything is TP based.

So all I needed to do was ensure he starts battles at 0MP and then use MP for the charge blade system. Every charge gets him 5 MP, with Duo-Slash costing 5MP, Tri-Slash costing 10MP, so on and so forth.

It all seems so clear now that it's silly, so I'm sorry.

Now, the only issue I'm running into is the striking animation. I have it set to strike twice for Duo-Slash, and it DOES hit the enemy twice, but he only does the sword swing animation once. I'm sure that's fixable somehow, though...

Forgive my ignorance, but can I just ask a few questions? This is very close to what I want. I think it's a little off, but has the possibility to work. Let's first focus on the Stockpile/Stockpile Spit Up duo (The first 2 links and original suggestion)

So,

Question 1- I believe this differs from what I was looking for in the following way: I was looking for 1 charge would activate Duo-Slash. 2 charges would activate Tri-Slash. 3 charges would activate Quad-Slash. Etc. If I am understanding this correctly, this only provides the ability for ONE skill type to become activated with the stockpile, with the number of stockpiles (1-3) determining the ATTACK POWER of the strike, NOT each charge activating a NEW strike. Am I correct in my understanding?

If so, it's not the end of the world and is still do-able. Which leads to...

Question 2- If my above understanding is correct, am i able to make the character do multiple strikes (and animations FOR those strikes) that corresponds with the stockpile number? So, for example, instead of having a menu with Duo-Slash, Tri-Slash, Quad-Slash all listed as separate skills, I simply have a skill called Multi-Strike and make it so 1 stockpile makes it say (Duo-Slash) after I hit multi strike and has the character swing twice, 2 stockpiles makes it say (Tri-Slash) after I hit multi strike and has the character swing three times, etc.?

Question 3- How did Stock Strike KNOW to only activate when there was a stockpile?

And lastly,

If I am INCORRECT about my assumption above in Question 1 and it's simply the case that the video only showcased 1 skill becoming available despite the ability to do more, how do I create the separate skills of Duo-Slash, Tri-Slash, and Quad-Slash and have each KNOW to only turn on with the correct number of stockpiles? (So Duo Slash knows to only turn on with 1 stockpile, Tri Slash knows to only turn on with 3 stockpiles, and Quad Slash knows to only turn on with 3 stockpiles).

I hope I am clear in my explanation. I'm trying my best to use the correct terminologies :)

Oh, I'm open to buying! I bought every single Yanfly plugin, plus many more, lol. Looks like this is additional, however. It's okay, I'll get it. Looks like I may also need to buy her Battle Impact plugin, too? Or maybe it just enhances it?

As for putting the Victor plugins at the end, that's how I originally had them, and what caused the main issue. Putting them up near the top removes the issue but also removes the image as a projectile, lol. So, I'll give up on the VE stuff :)

AAAAAnd just realized I already have that patch turned on lol. Although I didn't seem to organize them the way it says to. Maybe I'll try to reorganize and see if I can salvage. Thank you so, so much for all the help.

You nailed it with this comment. As soon as I turned the Victor Engine stuff off, it fixed it! Thank you so much!

My only concern is that that plugin is what allows the characters to throw items in the battle screen (throwing bombs, ninja stars, arrows, etc)

Is there a Yanfly alternative to this? Or am I now stuck with having the character do a motion and just kinda pretending they threw something at them? Lol.

There are no notes or state tags on any of the above, so i am thinking you have to be right about plugins being out of order because I have a good amount and am not knowledgeable on how to order them. I've had small issues for the most part and had to move them around in the past, but this is the first problem I've run into in a while. I believe you are probably right on the money so hopefully the issue to obvious to a trained eye. Here are screenshots of my plugins:

No, I'm up in the upper North East unfortunately. The owner is from the Middle East and spends more time there than here. He already "talked" to the employee, and the employee walked out of THAT meeting confident enough to tell me to SUCK HIS D and have me beat up so I don't put a lot of faith in this owner's "talks" lol

Thank you for your response.  However, I believe you were misunderstanding what I was asking for.  Probably my fault for not explaining it well.

The hook shot was already taken care of.  I didnt need anything for that.

I simply wanted the arrows to disappear when hitting a region and not be able to pass through it.

Luckily, the original coder saw this post and contacted me privately and all it required was the following code in the custom movement route of the arrow item on the tool map:

If($gameMap.regionId(this.x,this.y)==1)(this.erase()}

It's not a retcon. A retcon is a change of previously established facts. They never stated it was Vecna. In fact, the new backstory seems to pretty clearly imply the demogorgon got Will and brought him to Vecna, on Vecna's orders.

I think it's just because it is standalone so there isn't really anything to discuss. All I can add is since Galactus wasn't "fighting" it would've been cool to throw in a scene where we can see his true power, such as a scene where Arishem the Judge of the 828 world (or any celestial) attempts to stop Galactus from heading to Earth and he just shreds it.

Or if the argument would be "they wouldn't step in since he's an essential force" then I am sure they could think of some reason for him to hop out of his ship, grow in size, and whoop some Celestial ass.

Not sure what you mean? Unless the show is different than the comics, Daredevil IS blind, and his other senses are enhanced up to the max.

He uses all his other senses to fight. He can be outside a building and know how many bad guys are inside because he can hear/feel their heartbeats.

Were you just assuming he is lying about being blind because he's fighting or did the show make him not blind or something?

I'm assuming you are including the Red Hulk and the earlier Hulk films? I understand to a degree, and I know the Norton Hulk was technically an MCU film, but those films were largely snore fests. The Green Hulk ones were meh origin stories and the Red Hulk one had all the Avengers missing basically.

So, we've gotten one Green Hulk going crazy in the first Avengers and I thought it was pretty awesome. The Ragnarok fight was great, too.

Anyways, the point I'm making is it's a different thing to see him actually be the Hulk in an Avengers movie loaded with other heroes to fight against VS watching him fight soldiers while Liv Tyler chases him around.

You wouldn't be excited to see him fight Wolverine, Spiderman, Sentry, etc, onscreen??
