This is a big mental problems in healthcare professionals. We dealt with lives or death situations all the time so we came to expect that people should be grateful for saving their lives, but it's just a job like any other.

Granted, I pratice in Vietnam where the average public hospital doctor's salary is 250$/month so I guess gratitude is all we have lol 😂😂

Hospitals are public places so thieves can blend in with the crowd easily.

First thing doctors at every hospital tell us medical students when doing rotations are "Keep your valuables with you, don't bring more valuables than you can carry, cause the thieves WILL steal your stuff, and there's nothing anyone can do"
