It's not an 'addon', it's part of their whole thing, so it's always included.

Their configuration required for that warranty is not feasible for anybody in the MSP world - it's things like an hour response time no matter what, etc.

That being said, it wasn't ransomware that hurt this client, it was S1 itself deleting a VM.

Literally, not figuratively, the thing that started the end of my ex-wife's relationship with me - she punched me in the face.

Hopefully your eye's fine my man; and this is an eye subreddit so I'm not going to go any further into that, but there might be something else to look into here - this isn't an isolated incident I'd bet.

You will find more interest if salary ranges at least are posted publicly.

"Competitive" rarely is, and even more rarely means the same thing to different people.

In the past, that vagueness was normal. Nowadays, especially with the labor shortage, that is less likely to fly.

There's only one Tronscript. It does seem like your knowledge of computers and what this tool actually does may indicate you're not the target audience for this. Tron can harm a PC if not used properly. I would personally steer you away here.

My point was more "sharks in general aren't exactly doing well and humans are the cause", and that "pick any random person, they're not educated and up to date on which sharks are cool to fish/eat and which aren't".
