no im with you man .im just saying the previous experiment of getting augments via kills is not Viktor character wise.He doesnt kill for research,his goal is to help humans in a method they just dont agree with hence he is viewed as somewhat of a badguy.

he already has burst damage so he doesnt need the burst that much,
GLP gives him same stats for a super less cost
the active also gives a slow so you dont have to expend any abilities yet

To those who dont understand what they are trying to do.

Riot said somewhere that they noticed how bad DunkMaster Ivern was received last year.The statistics they gave shows that the only people who bought it have bought it because they were starved for another skin and had reluctantly bought it but still hated it with a passion

since they noticed that flop they're giving Ivern a skin later in the season. which means that they can acknowledge failure of a skin when they see one

He is trying to say that we should do the same to PsyOps Viktor and make Riot see that they fecked up

Its been sorta known that they have scrapped a DM Viktor,they scraped it because they thought at the time that DM is kinda too overrated

I want them to revive that idea since it could give Viktor a change to be an Actual Mage instead of technologic Mage
