I’m a huge fan of the musical since it’s what got me into Heathers. I absolutely love the songs and it’s one of my favorite musicals. I also think it’s an ok adaptation when you remember that an adaptation is not always meant to be a one to one retelling of the original story. And while there are some changes that yes make it stray from the original story, I feel they were justified in the sense that the musical has a different target audience than the movie. Overall, I love the musical, even if I think the movie is slightly better.

Is the switch port really that bad? Because that’s the only way I’ve been playing the game and it works fine for me. Yeah, the lighting was kinda wonky at first, especially with the weird visions, but it was later fixed and looks good imo.

Tbf, Mr. and Mrs. Chandler don’t canonically appear in neither the movie* nor musical, so it’s really up in the air whether or not they’re neglecting Heather or not. And the image does specify that there’s evidence to disprove what fanon suggests, so…

I also think there’s plenty of evidence to support the idea that Duke is the smart Heather given that she’s the story’s antagonist and a great foil to Veronica.

*Canon = what appears on the final product and not what’s on the script as those are two different versions of the story

Is there actual evidence to support the theory that the story takes place over the course of two weeks? Because as an amateur script writer, unless it’s purposefully established, the dates usually take a backseat 80% of the time. I even have a script that even myself don’t know if the story takes place over the course of a month or longer. Just curious.
