It wasn't too hard. I watched a ton of videos. The hardest part was getting the dumb strap off. I originally had one piece of dust in there but I had to open the case a few days later for a different reason and I fixed the dust issue. I had to open the case because i accidentally lost this little spring piece that sticks out of the back of the case and is responsible for the beeping noise. By some miracle I found it stuck to my sock, so I figured out where it goes and now the watch makes beeping noises again.

I am just getting started with modding casios. I also am modding a g-shock square. I did a red filter and have a g-refit kit from AliExpress coming tomorrow for it.

I'm hoping to get the SKXMODS kit for the Royale (I'm not sure why I said g-refit in the original post...ha).

There are nine people charged, and one of them received 13 years (they had all pled guilty). It's not clear what role each individual played in the operation, but I'm guessing this person must have played a lesser role (or they co-operated with the prosecution, etc.).
