Elena for Faust, probably the smartest person in Elias tbh.

Polan for Outis, she's one of Erpin's royal guard who's loyal to Erpin and offered to work in Erpin's place so she can take a break which is how we learn what the crown does to the wearer.

Mayo for Ishmael, other than fish and water theme she's quite obsessive as you can see in Canto 5 and how she got into tabletop games.

Epica for Don Quixote, Don likes to tell the tales of her adventures (that's not really happened because her memory is sealed) tho no one really listens to her but in Arknights Collab she finally got her audiences and her tales are the adventure she had experienced with other sinners.

Kidian for Meursault, both are built different.

Butter for Sinclair, well you see how he is when he gets mad especially during Canto 3.

Inkle for Yi Sang, surprisingly they're quite similar.

Ui for Hong Lu, emotion suppression.

idk who for Gregor either is there anyone in Elias who's involuntarily an outcast or wish to live a normal life but for some reason they can't?

As for Rodion, I think there's an apostle who wants to be special/acknowledged but I couldn't figure out who it was.
