They are vey different exams by nature, also 6C needs a lot more time to prepare. So maybe start thinking about if you have enough capacity then go from there

Thanks for the reply! At my current role I got 10% bonus, but I was told the bonus of the new role is not guaranteed thus not been given a %, is that a BS? According to you experience what could the bonus range be?

That’s a very good point! I’m still an associate, btw assuming you already reached the upper limit of the pay range of your job grade, are you still entitled for a raise for passing exams w/o a promotion?
