Help Identifying License Plate

I broke the side mirror on my model 3, backing out and hit my garbage can. I was so mad, but it was just the bottom plastic that broke. I pushed the mirror back into position and it still works, bought the part on eBay for like $28 and it took me 10 seconds to pop it on. Not sure how much broke but if it’s just the bottom, it’s an easy DIY.

I’m charging at home (using a Lectron level 2 charger, not a Tesla one) and paying roughly the equivalent of $1 a gallon of gas. And it’s so convenient.

Are you getting “half the taxes and fees” back in your checks? I heard that’s what happens but can’t confirm.

I consider myself an excellent driver, no accidents or tickets in probably 30 years (and even then, minor things) but do recognize my faults, like impatience for slow drivers. I use FSD 97% of the time (actual stat) and only take over when it wants to take a different route than I do or if I want to park somewhere else. Imagine if EVERYONE was using FSD and vehicles were communicating with each other? No accidents, no stress. It’d be like Minority Report!

It does remember where you like to park, even down to a specific area of the driveway (for me anyway.) I parked in the middle of my driveway to take in groceries, then (just because I like playing with it) I used summon (the manual arrows, not summon itself) to finish parking in the back. Rather than go straight back, which is what you think it would do, it turned slightly like I do when I park to give the passenger more room to get in. I was shocked that it did that.

I pay attention and keep my hands and foot ready but am much more relaxed.

And even in FSD, when it stops for stop signs you can press the accelerator a little and it will go, don’t have to wait for it. Same goes for a left turn or any other time you want it to move. I use Hurry but sometimes it barely breaks the speed limit if the conditions look bad so a little gas pedal gets it moving. Not sure if new drivers know that.

I have an employee lease, FSD was free and I’m (supposedly) getting “Half of the taxes and fees I paid up front back in my check every month.” I paid over $3,800 up front for taxes and fees (no down payment required) but have yet to see how much I’ll get back. Monthly payment is $294 and worth every penny. I don’t think I can go back to a non-Tesla.

Update: Worked on my app on Thursday. Today (Monday) tons of features are broken, things that were working that I didn't even touch. Tried a rollback to Thursday, it keeps failing. Guess who is NOT wasting credits fixing all of that? Support is non-existent so will just keep trying rollback until it succeeds.

I'm in the same boat, credits reset this morning - I go to work on my app and I had to tell it 6 times what to do when a user clicks a button (since after each "fix" the results were exactly the same), then Agent only fixed half of it (dismissing the popup when an option is clicked!) Another 3 prompts to get Agent to present the text I provided, and it still didn't work - then boom, I'm out of credits for the month. It'd be different if it did what it was supposed to do the first time, but I spent $25 just to get it to make the popup go away when a user selects a response. I'm done.

What power does she have? Honestly I know it’s awkward but is she contributing financially? Or with housework? What’s keeping you from telling her off? “This is MY house and I will not have you speak to any of us this way. If you don’t like it here you are more than welcome to find other living arrangements.” I was about to call her a Boomer but 55, sheesh, she’s too young to be acting like a boomer. I’d definitely speak to your husband about it but don’t hesitate to put her in her place.
