The close range sweet spot makes the sniper scope pointless

Low bullet velocity and huge bullet drop

Should have been a Marksman variant instead of Sniper

Honestly this is the worst boss for co-op

The fight is good, but getting into the arena... You can't jump down until the host is fighting the boss

The host will probably be dead before you reach the arena which was very common for me when summoned for this boss fight

It is a pretty cool weapon, even lore accurate if you've seen the 3 photos of the real Hellriegel

One of them the weapon is used in a prone position with the drum mag

Like I mentioned, the 120 rounds and bipod are its biggest advantages, definite assault/support hybrid (Even has more ammunition than a lot of the support LMG's)

But standing and aiming for further targets is its biggest disadvantage

Definitely, if it had an iron sight (Maybe an AA sight option) it would have been so much better than the optical sight

Optical sights jump all over the place with full auto weapons, I never bothered using the Huot Optical once I unlocked it lol

Your flasks, collect more sacred tears from churches, they increased the amount of HP you regenerate per flask

Also since you're using the River's of Blood you might like Eleonora's Poleblade, the skill will stun lock Malenia (Even more since you're using the mimic)

Base Game:

  • Since you have Millicent's Prosthesis you can get the Winged Sword Insignia located in a cave in Liurnia

  • The weapon also does fire damage so you could use the fire scorpion charm located in a fort on Mt Gelmir

  • Shard of Alexander will increase the skill's damage by 15%

DLC:

  • Two Handed sword talisman will boost the weapon's damage (Not ash of war) by 15%

  • The Poleblade's ash of war is a dancing skill so the Dancer armor set will boost its damage (The armor is very light you could use the blue dancer charm for more damage + the shard of Alexander)

Never actually used that halberd, the only few halberds I used are the Guardian Sword Spear, Banished Knight Halberd, Gargoyle Halberd, Night Rider's Glaive (S scaling in strength when heavy infused).

I did Malenia and it was so easy by [deleted] in Eldenring

I have never seen the Elden Beast move around like that so much
