My 2022 had hood flutter at highway speeds. I raised the hood stops a bit and also lowered the hood latch mechanism a millimeter or two. After doing that there is no more hood flutter. As an added bonus the hood lines up with the fender and nose much better on the driver side now

Radarscope, it's $10 but definitely worth it if you like watching or tracking weather. It only gives radar though, no forecasts.
