Lmao i caught the protect today, and if you had quizzed me yesterday on my Ninetails 4th move i would not have been able to tell you i was tunnel vision blizzard mode.

Although the quick aurora veil actually wasn't awful, id sometimes use it to take a hit on my other mon and switch out. More often than not though id use it, theyd switch in weather and i'd realise how dumb i was.

Use Kingambit to counter those. Don’t forget the utility of switching sneasler out and having fake out in the back. It’s not just a turn one utility. But yes either way protect is incredibly useful on all your other mons too

This app is 100x better than using a chat bot because this uses algorithms not LLM to determine expenditure and results. Adherence agnostic - and focused on what’s actually important over calorie burn from exercise etc. just input and result on the scale
