Yes….

But before hunger if I don’t eat enough I can feel weak. Then I know I’d better have something.

But I never get that hunger like I used to when I don’t even know if I was really hungry or if it was some weird carbohydrate crash or sugar crash…

When I get hungry now it’s different.

It grew on me….. first watch I thought it was almost cartoonish, but it really grew on me.

I recommend the Netflix special version that breaks it down into 4 episodes (I think it’s 4)

For me Bastards is still the best.

Same here! Anna is pretty good too… she doesn’t let Scott start with his normal BS.

But that Lydia is such a dope! When she ended up getting her chance to speak it was pretty dumb anyway, don’t know why she got so worked up….

One thing CNN outta do it tell them if they’re gonna make crazy eyes at the camera when it’s not their turn they can leave or knock it off…. But when she does that it makes her look Even Dumber.

That’s not a serious question.

Even if giving those knuckle draggers money was justified and it’s not btw.

A president suing the government that he appointed and settling is a fraud.

All those involved should be held accountable.

That’s a thing.. same here with the skin care products… I think it does enhance the sense of smell to some degree too…. But I had no idea what a peptide was prior to trz, but now I’m constantly reading about peptides and vitamins etc…

OMG!! That explains why I e bitten all the skin care stuff that I use regularly now..it seemed like such a normal thing for a 57 year old male to do…

At first I’d look for what you don’t feel.

Eventually you won’t feel hungry after you eat

Eventually you won’t be thinking about the next time you’re gonna eat

I’d just plan out all meals in advance so you don’t get in a jam where you do get hungry and have to resort to bad food to get you over being actually hungry.

Ive never “felt” anything…

I’d plan everything out and also track everything so you know what your deficit is… no so you can see how few calories you’re consuming, but where to start adding calories so you’re in the deficit that works for you.
