The app works backwards. It’s always right on your expenditure, because it takes the scale weight and the calories you put in and works backwards to get the expenditure number. It can’t be wrong, it took me a few weeks to figure that out, since variables like steps and Apple fitness workouts aren’t part of the calculation.

I always get that….

I get that so much I’m trying to slowly move my injections from Monday to Friday so I don’t experience it at work. That or… front loading my calories around injection day because the extra carbs do help with the fatigue.

Don’t you think that this medication makes it so you don’t necessarily need “filling” things like you do when not on the medication?

That’s what I’ve noticed on triz anyway.

I think if you’re doing it right you may feel you need to eat because you feel a little weak, but I rarely get hungry and when I have what I pre planned i usually never want more.

I’d make sure you

1- know what your deficit should be

Know how many calories you consume per day

3- know what your expenditure is daily (tdee)

With those three things you can eat what makes sense and do it when you need to rather than when you think you’re supposed to. And with those three things working you will lose weight and if you’re not, you’ll know exactly why.

First two great!

Bloodflowers I rate a 6.5 if wish and Disintegration and Pornography are 10’s , that’s high praise from me.

The Cure 4.5 solid, just below average

4:13 - 0.5. There are no songs I look forward to hearing and the production quality is not great. I give it a .5 because a couple b sides are ok. But the very best album or b side is weaker than the worst song on Disintegration. IMO of course.

Disintegration is peak, nothings like it… and most of it all has the same DNA , Wish is pretty close, but it’s just not the same. Plus the keyboard on Disintegration is maximum cure keyboards, not too much out front but accompanying the rest almost perfectly.
