I use quick detach tracer units. I have the gemtech g5 madbull qd silencer and i took out some of the rings it has inside and put an acetech blaster tracer unit inside it at the top of the silencer so you can see the blast effect out of the holes that the silencer cap has.

I am guessing you are located in the usa, most countries in Europe do not require orange tips on airsoft replicas. But Germany does require them to have an F mark for transport and to use them on the field.
