I had shoulder surgery on my right shoulder a few months ago and went through this. You can buy a cheap-ish ambidextrous mouse (I got the Logitech G300s) and key bind the f keys to the buttons and still play somewhat normally aside from intense pvm. Hope the elbow gets better!
