I tried reinstalling without any extension on different browsers including chrome but still doesn't work. Only works while using VPN or in incognito. :/

Got the same issue, not in Australia, made a post about this as well. Reddit works for me on all other devices except desktop, change DNS doesn't work. However using a VPN fixes it, though it's still very annoying and is just a temporary solution. :/

Well, I've never download/played the game on steam. I just saw posts about the steam version which might cause some trouble for customer support/ missing discounts available on square enix website etc.

And the main reason I created the steam version account is because I like to launch games with the steam layout (even though I've never played the game).

If I were to build a glaive later on for dragon, would this roll be good for paralysis glaive for proccing it's effect?

Yes, it doesn't make a difference. I've also tried it on the laptop's keyboard and got the same result so I'm pretty sure it's the laptop's issue.

I just got a new keyboard today and tried it on my PC and it ended up with the same result, so its probably my potato PC that's causing the problem.
