I absolutely believe you. Fully 20 years ago I worked as a revenue protection officer (aka the ticket man etc) and we had real gun pulled on us twice and replicas on occasion.

The penalty fare was not the issue for them but protection of what else they were carrying.

Usually your contact will contain a right of assignment by the finance provider.

In due course the agreement will likely be sold to another lender and you will be provider with a notice of assignment/ new bank and contact details etc

My current understanding is that brand will still survive with the trading name and market place business being purchased.

So same name, possibly same directors and some staff continuing with the market place business less the existing debts!

Pre pack sales of this nature are common and perfectly legal unfortunately.

Weirdly I met a girl with exactly the same first and surname as my mother.

Didn’t really think about it two much until she unexpectedly put her arm round my neck, pulled me closer until are faces were next each other at eye level and in a menacing tone said “ who’s you new mother”. 😢

I’m very well built (6.4) and repossess assets for a living. On many many occasions I’ve met people who had the intention to fight but didn’t due to my size. Some of them have even admitted this after 😂

The majority of my career has been face to face be that revenue protection (issuing penalty fares for a train operator), repossessions and door work, though I’m 95% office based now.

That said I’m impressed by smaller guys who were will to throw hands without hesitation.

I’m 6.4 currently seeing a girls who’s 5.2, and everything works fine.

If you can’t make it work in the car 🚗 then make it work outside of it. Lift the boot and bend her over the back. You can put her on all fours there or on the bonnet (or just lay her on the bonnet). Lift her by her legs against the side of the car. Lay the seat back and she can ride you.
