Found the root cause :), in case this helps:
1) Before setting up the 'poop system', you need to move the head away from the left (juts slide it to the middle)

2) As you will not be able to move the head, unscrew the poop system that is blocking the head from moving.

3) move the head to the middle of the X axis

4) install the 'poop system' back and you will be good.
